How do I submit a deal?
Go to Submit a Deal from your dashboard, complete the wizard, and add your photos and comps. Your deal is reviewed before it goes live on the marketplace.
How does Buyer Finder work?
Enter any property address and Buyer Finder returns active cash buyers in that area. Results are masked until you unlock a buyer's contact with a credit.
What do plans include?
Each plan includes a set number of Buyer Finder searches, CRM access, and marketplace tools. See the pricing page for a full comparison.
How do agent listings work?
Licensed, verified agents can submit their own listings through the Sell Your Deal program and earn a commission or referral fee when the deal closes.
How do I manage billing?
Visit Billing from your dashboard to upgrade, downgrade, switch to annual, or cancel. Changes to a lower plan take effect at the end of your current period.
