These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FindMyBuyer, operated by Oitice Ventures LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful listings or data.
• Do not misuse buyer contact information or violate applicable real estate, licensing, or communications laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused time is non-refundable. Credits and fees are described at the point of purchase.

Deals and buyers

FindMyBuyer is a marketplace and toolset. We do not guarantee that any deal will close or that any buyer or listing is accurate. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for complying with all laws that apply to your transactions.

Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oitice Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
